Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the HLstatsC website and related services ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. User Generated Content (Thumbnails)

• You may upload server thumbnails only if you have the right to do so.
• Strictly prohibited: sexual/pornographic content, extreme violence/gore, extremist/terrorist propaganda, hate content, illegal content, and any content that violates applicable law.
• Do not upload personal data of others (doxxing, private photos, addresses, etc.).

2. Moderation and Removal

The operator is not responsible for user uploads. However, the operator may remove, hide or replace uploaded content at any time, with or without notice. The operator may block users and/or servers from the Platform permanently if they violate these Terms.

3. Reporting

You may report thumbnails that violate these Terms. Abuse of the report system (spam, false reports) may result in an IP ban.

4. Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Platform or user-generated content.

6. Changes

The operator may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
